Richard E. Levin is a senior partner at Levin and Levin, LLP. Richard concentrates his practice in the areas of wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration and taxation, municipal law as well as corporate and business matters and residential real estate. He has represented clients before the Federal and State Trial and Appellate Courts as well as represented clients before State and local boards and authorities.

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in 1964, his Law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1967 and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1976. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts, as well as the United States Supreme Court and is a past and current member of both State and County Bar Associations. Richard is a past Director of the Boston and Norfolk/Plymouth County Estate Planning Councils and the former Chairman of the Board of Selectman of the town of Marshfield Massachusetts, as well as Marshfield's Town Moderator and is a retired Commander and Military Judge while serving as a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps of the United Sates Navy.
